A McCarthy Christmas and More!

Wow another weekend of Holiday happenings. Thursday we had the Hinsdale Junior Women's Club Christmas party in downtown Hinsdale which was a lot of fun. We had a chance to catch up with some peeps from cookbook committee and also chat it up with Senator Kirk Dillard. Friday night, we laid low watching Fred Claus and relaxing with the hound dogs. Saturday I did some last minute Christmas shopping and then we hit up the O'Rourkes and the Lee's Christmas parties in the city. Lindsay and John were super festive hosts with fabulous cheesy Christmas sweaters.
Sunday we headed down to Uncle Dan's for McCarthy Christmas with Jean, Kev, Sue, Dan and the boys. Thor, Fergi and Winston were also in attendance. The best part was the gift titled "to: dan, from: dan. Apparently Dan was cleaning out his closet and found an unopened package from Oct. 2006. Having no clue what it was, he decided to open it today and surprise! he gave himself a dirt devil! ha ha ha ha ha! It was a lot of fun!
