The Day The Earth Was Blessed with Sap
Today is my sap's 28th B-day. Yes, she's one more day closer to "old goat" status... But before I go buying her a red hat in order to join her new society or start running into her ICF spaghetti dinners with all the other old hens, I have to say Happy Happy Birthday to my favorite pain in my ass. Since second grade she's been there for me through thick and thin, feathered bangs and bad perms, raging waters trips and sneaking out with boys, kept me calm through deployments and deaths and sometimes liquored up and laughing just when it's more than needed. At this point in my life, she's more than a best friend, she's family, and I don't know what my life would be like without her.
Have a wonderful weekend Megs! Have a corn dog for me!
ha ha ha ha ha!!!! we're not! But it's true! I mean seriously.. I brought Hanzer's ashes to London.... you let me live with you while my parents were divorcing.... it's pretty ridiculous what we've been through....
Since we're constantly on the move, we've set up this blog to keep our family and friends up to date on Cuthbert happenings without having to send out tons of emails.
