When Life Gives You Lemons....

You make Number's Lemon Meringue Pie! Or soup, as mine turned out. That man is a filthy liar! "Add a little corn starch, mine was a tad bit runny," he said. Well even with added corn starch mine turned out super tasty, but soupy. It's not firm enough to cut into slices, so sadly, my co-workers will be disappointed tomorrow. The funniest part of this pie story is how I got the lemons. Apparently Numbers won them in a pedro party along with 10 lbs. of pink beans and a garlic bread. Ahhhh.. if only all of life was as simple as pedro prizes from Tres Pinos.... Sigh....
