Thanksgiving weekend was a blast. It began with the Tognettis arriving on Wednesday night. On Thanksgiving morning we did our hunt for clue to announce the sex of the baby, then the Cuthberts went to visit with other Cuthberts and Peems, Numbers, the dogs and I went for a crisp walk around town. We sat down to eat around 3 and spent the rest of the night stuffed to the gills watching Christmas movies. Juls, Jay and I had a walk down memory lane watching Claymation Christmas - a favorite of ours as kids.
Friday morning we went out to get the tree and Jay and Numbers hit the track. We attended the Hinsdale Christmas Walk in the evening and then had a fun inpromtu visit with Jeff and Tristin. We dropped the guys off at the airport Saturday morning and Peems, Juls and I enjoyed some sale shopping and lunch with Colleen. Then, Saturday night we went to dinner with Jean and Mark and saw a performance of A Christmas Carol at The Goodman Theatre. As always, it was magical. Sunday we did the baby registry, which is still being worked on, and Monday, Peems and Juls took off, which led to some pregnant lady tears are on the car ride home.
Overall, such a fun weekend. It was so nice having everyone in one place!

Wait a minute...I count 3 hounds! Did their Cali cousin come to visit too? Lunch with the fam was great!
Did Mark pose for that picture or did he actually carve the turkey? ;p
I love the two pics of you, CC! Your little bump is just barely showing! And you, my dear, are radiating.
