St. Pat's Part: 2 & 3

Tuesday was spent down at Jean's house in Oak Forest with the McCarthys and the neighbors for some traditional corn beef and cabbage. Even the hound dogs got their own kibble rendition of the Irish meal.

Then Wednesday night we finished up the holiday at Colleen's with the cooking club. We had roasted chicken, steamed carrots, col cannon and Irish soda bread. So much fun!

Chicago is definitely the place to be for St. Pat's!
