Shout Out to the ICF
Here is the follow up on the pie we made. Since Numbers takes off this afternoon and won't be here tonight to induldge, I cut him a slice this morning. It is fab!!! We got the recipe from the 2005 Italian Catholic Federation Cookbook from St. Mary Parish in The Roy. God bless those I-talians.

It's not nice to post a picture of a pie like that for just any (pregnant) one to stumble across! You've just sparked a craving I'll have to send JR to the store for...This will haunt me for days!
