Cooking Club Night

Tonight my cooking club met at the Shaver/Parks household. It was a blast. I was in charge of the meal. We had enchiladas, cabalcitas, beans and ice cream and cinnamon crisps for dessert. It was fab, and so good seeing everyone. We had quite the turn out. 5 southerners and 3 midwesterners! I, now moving to Chicago, represent the midwestern contigent.
